These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the CX Cricket platform. We've written them as clearly as possible so Pakistani players understand exactly what they're agreeing to — no legal jargon where plain English will do.
These cards summarise the most important things Pakistani players need to know. Full details are in the sections below.
You must be 18 years of age or older to register and use CX Cricket. The platform operates strict age verification and will suspend any account found to be under-age without exception.
Each person may hold exactly one CX Cricket account. Duplicate accounts will be merged or closed and any bonuses forfeited. Your account must be registered in your real name.
All CX Cricket bonuses carry wagering requirements stated clearly at the time of each offer. VIP cashback carries 1× wagering. Welcome and other bonuses vary — always check individual offer terms.
All CX Cricket balances are held in Pakistani Rupees. Withdrawals to Easypaisa, JazzCash, and other supported methods carry no platform fee. Minimum withdrawal is Rs 500.
CX Cricket uses certified RNG and monitors all accounts for fraudulent behaviour. Collusion, bonus abuse, and any form of cheating will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
CX Cricket provides deposit limits, loss limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion tools. If you need help, visit our Responsible Gaming page or contact support directly.
By registering an account on CX Cricket (cxcricket.site), accessing any part of the platform, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These Terms apply to all users of CX Cricket, including registered account holders, visitors browsing the platform, and any person who uses the services offered by CX Cricket in any capacity.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must not create an account and must not use CX Cricket's services. Creating an account or placing your first bet constitutes unconditional acceptance of these Terms.
Plain English: Signing up means you agree to these rules. Please read them before you register. If anything is unclear, contact CX Cricket support before you start playing.
CX Cricket reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
To register an account on CX Cricket, you must:
Each individual may hold only one CX Cricket account at any time. This includes accounts held under different names, email addresses, or device identifiers. CX Cricket actively monitors for duplicate accounts. Where a duplicate is identified, CX Cricket may merge the accounts, close the duplicate, and in cases of deliberate circumvention, close all associated accounts and forfeit any outstanding balances.
Important: Opening a second account to claim a welcome bonus a second time is considered bonus abuse. CX Cricket has the right to void any winnings and close accounts where this is detected.
You are required to provide accurate, truthful, and current information during the CX Cricket registration process. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, and payment details. Providing false information — even partially — is a breach of these Terms and may result in account closure and forfeiture of balances.
You are responsible for keeping your CX Cricket login credentials secure. Do not share your password with anyone. CX Cricket will never ask for your password via email or live chat. If you believe your account has been accessed without your permission, contact support immediately. CX Cricket is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access where reasonable security measures were not taken by the account holder.
CX Cricket is required to verify the identity of all account holders as part of its Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations. You may be asked to submit identity documents at any time, including but not limited to:
CX Cricket will typically request KYC verification before processing a withdrawal above Rs 50,000 or where unusual account activity is detected. Withdrawals may be placed on hold pending KYC completion. CX Cricket aims to complete KYC reviews within 48 hours of document submission.
Good to know: Completing KYC early — before you need to withdraw — speeds up the process when it matters. CX Cricket recommends verifying your account within your first week of use.
CX Cricket accepts deposits from the following Pakistani payment methods:
| Payment Method | Min Deposit | Processing Time | Fees |
|---|---|---|---|
| Easypaisa | Rs 500 | Instant | None |
| JazzCash | Rs 500 | Instant | None |
| NayaPay | Rs 500 | Instant | None |
| SadaPay | Rs 500 | Instant | None |
| Bank IBFT | Rs 1,000 | Up to 2 hours | None |
| Visa / Mastercard (PK) | Rs 1,000 | Instant | None |
Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. CX Cricket does not accept deposits from third-party sources. If a third-party payment is identified, the deposit will be refunded and the transaction flagged. You are solely responsible for any fees charged by your payment provider — CX Cricket does not add any surcharge on top.
All CX Cricket accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Funds deposited in any other currency will not be accepted. Your balance on CX Cricket at all times reflects the exact PKR amount in your account — there are no hidden conversions.
CX Cricket processes withdrawals to the same payment method used for deposits wherever technically possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. There is no maximum withdrawal limit for verified accounts, though very large withdrawals may be subject to additional verification steps.
Withdrawals will only be processed to accounts that have completed the applicable KYC verification. Any active wagering requirement (from a bonus) must be completed before the bonus portion of a balance is eligible for withdrawal. Real-money deposits that have not been subject to bonus wagering can be withdrawn at any time.
Note: CX Cricket does not charge any withdrawal fees. If your payment provider charges a fee on their end, that is outside CX Cricket's control and cannot be refunded by the platform.
All CX Cricket bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms that are communicated at the point of each offer. The general principles that apply to all bonuses are set out here.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise in an individual offer's terms, all CX Cricket bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be met before the bonus balance (or winnings derived from it) can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement is expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount. For example, a 10× wagering requirement on a Rs 1,000 bonus means Rs 10,000 in qualifying bets must be placed before the bonus can be withdrawn.
VIP Club cashback on CX Cricket carries a 1× wagering requirement — considerably lower than the industry standard. Welcome and deposit match bonuses carry their own requirements which are stated in each offer.
CX Cricket monitors accounts for bonus abuse — patterns of behaviour designed to exploit promotional offers without genuine participation in the platform. This includes but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses, placing opposing bets on the same market across multiple accounts to guarantee wagering completion without risk, and withdrawing bonus-derived balances before wagering requirements are met. Where bonus abuse is detected, CX Cricket may void any winnings, remove the bonus, and close the account.
All CX Cricket bonuses carry an expiry period, typically 7 to 30 days from the date of issue, as stated in the individual offer terms. Bonuses that expire unclaimed or with incomplete wagering requirements are forfeited.
CX Cricket reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is modified after a player has opted in, the player will be notified and given the option to continue under the new terms or opt out.
CX Cricket's sports and cricket betting markets are governed by the specific rules for each sport, which are published in the relevant betting section of the platform. The following general rules apply across all betting markets on CX Cricket.
All bets placed on CX Cricket are subject to acceptance. CX Cricket reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its discretion, including bets that would result in an unusually large liability. Bets accepted in error — for example, at an obviously incorrect price due to a technical fault — may be voided and stakes refunded.
A bet may be declared void by CX Cricket in the following circumstances: the event is abandoned before the result is determined; the market was suspended or cancelled before the bet was placed and the placement was a technical error; pricing errors are identified after acceptance; or the event result cannot be verified from reliable official sources within 48 hours of the scheduled end time. When a bet is voided, the stake is returned to the CX Cricket account balance in full.
All CX Cricket bets are settled using official results from the relevant governing body — the PCB for Pakistan domestic cricket, the ICC for international matches, and the applicable sports federation for other sports. Live score data is used for in-play settlement; where live data conflicts with the official result, the official result takes precedence.
CX Cricket's casino and game products — including live baccarat, crash games, fishing games, and slots — operate under the following rules in addition to the general Terms.
All CX Cricket casino games use either certified third-party RNG software or live dealer mechanics with physical equipment and real-time streaming. Crash games on CX Cricket — including Aviator — use a provably fair cryptographic system. Players can independently verify each round's outcome using the round hash available in their game history.
In the event of a technical disruption to a game — server disconnection, software failure, or any other fault — CX Cricket will attempt to resolve the round using cached game state data. If a round cannot be fairly resolved, it will be voided and all stakes returned. CX Cricket is not responsible for losses caused by a player's own connection failure.
Minimum and maximum bet limits for each CX Cricket game are displayed within the game interface. These limits may vary by game, table, and player tier. VIP members on CX Cricket may be eligible for higher table limits on request through their account manager.
The following behaviours are strictly prohibited on CX Cricket and will result in account suspension, balance forfeiture, and possible legal referral where applicable:
Zero Tolerance: CX Cricket has a zero-tolerance policy for fraud and money laundering. All suspicious activity is reported to the relevant authorities. Account closures under this section are final and balances will be held pending investigation.
CX Cricket reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without notice, in the following circumstances:
Where an account is closed for a breach of these Terms, any outstanding balance subject to an ongoing investigation may be withheld pending resolution. Where an account is closed for non-breach reasons (inactivity, voluntary closure), any verified real-money balance will be returned to the account holder via their registered payment method.
CX Cricket is committed to responsible gaming and takes its obligations in this area seriously. The platform provides the following tools to all account holders:

CX Cricket may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, CX Cricket will notify registered players by email and display a notice on the platform for a minimum of 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of CX Cricket after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
If you do not accept the revised Terms, you should cease using CX Cricket and request closure of your account. Your real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method in full.
